Mick was born at a very early age! 23 years and corporate life meant that transferring first to a highly successful AIM listed company that he helped to set-up and grow to a turnover of £98m and his subsequent own consultancy business with assignments throughout Europe means that he is ideally placed to speak of the need for all of us to be responsible and creative in our career and life choices and the decisions that you take on a daily basis

We are all born with talent but in your life you can learn and develop skills and get help along the way to fulfil your potential. Education does not finish the day you end your formal education. We all have an entrepreneurial skill that can be developed so why not take advantage?

The key to a successful life is the ability to to be creative and embrace change.
